About Banned in DC

Banned in DC was started as a way for us to document the hardcore / punk scene in Washington, DC metro area of the past 25+ years. Something that a younger kid could go to and hear bands that came before he was introduced to the scene and also a way for grandpa hardcore to hear bands that came after him.
We're not related to the book "Banned in DC", which is a good read btw.
If you have anything you want to submit, from flyers, photos, videos, or interviews let us know and we'll try to put it up.
